La Villita Historic Arts Village
Adjacent to River Walk, La Villita has galleries and shops offering weaving, stoneware, pottery, paintings, sculptures, wood carvings, clothing, and folk art. Working studios allow visitors to watch the creative process unfolding. Restaurants serve Tex-Mex, American, Continental, and European cuisines in both casual and elegant settings.

Casa Salazar Art Gallery
The gallery, located next to the historic Majestic Theatre, features the works of local artists and consists of a large, 1,100 sq. ft., main gallery and a small, 250 sq. ft., gallery with a unique system for picture hanging and flexible lighting. The gallery is available for conferences, social functions, and receptions. A large balcony is accessible from the gallery overlooking Houston Street.
